Privacy Policy

01Who we are

Lunevo ("we", "us") is a small digital organization based in Uruguay. It runs three divisions: Apex Studios (custom websites), Lunevo Press (guides) and Lunevo Motion (video editing). This policy covers this website and the work we do for clients. It does not cover other websites we link to, such as Instagram or the Apex Studios estimate site, which have their own privacy policies.

02When you visit the site

You can browse the whole site without telling us who you are. We do not run analytics, and we do not build profiles of visitors. Numbers you type into the revenue calculator stay in your browser and are never sent to us.

Like every website, some technical information is sent automatically when your browser loads a page:

• Our hosting provider receives your IP address, browser type and the pages requested, as normal server logs, so it can deliver the site and keep it secure.
• Google Fonts (Google LLC) delivers the site's typefaces, so your browser connects to Google's servers and shares your IP address with them.
• jsDelivr delivers the code library behind the 3D animations, so your browser also connects to its servers.

We do not receive or use this information to identify you.

03Cookies and storage

This site sets no cookies and stores nothing on your device, so there is no cookie banner. If that ever changes, this section will say so before it happens.

04When you contact us

If you send us a message, for example on Instagram, we receive what you choose to share: your name or username, your business, your message and any files you attach. We use it only to answer you and to prepare the preview or quote you asked for.

05When you become a client

To do the work, we use the information and material you give us:

• Websites (Apex Studios): your business details, texts, photos and logos.
• Video editing (Lunevo Motion): the footage and audio you send. That footage may show people, so please only send footage you are allowed to share.
• Payments: when you pay, the payment provider handles your payment details. We see the amount, the date and your name, never your full card number.

We may show finished work in our portfolio. If you prefer that we do not, tell us and we will leave it out.

06Who we share it with

We do not sell, rent or trade personal information. We only share it with services that help us run the work, such as hosting, file transfer, editing software and payment providers, and only as far as they need it. We share information with authorities only when the law requires it.

Some of these services are based outside Uruguay, for example in the United States. By sending us information you understand it may be processed there.

07How long we keep it

• Messages that do not lead to a project: up to 12 months, then deleted.
• Client footage and project files: while the project runs, plus up to 90 days so we can make changes you ask for. After that we delete them, unless you ask us to keep them.
• Payment records: as long as tax law requires.

08Your rights

You can ask us at any time to show you the information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. You can also object to how we use it. These rights come from Uruguay's data protection law (Law 18.331) and, if you live in the European Union, from the GDPR. We will answer within 30 days. If you are not happy with our answer, you can complain to your data protection authority. In Uruguay that is the Unidad Reguladora y de Control de Datos Personales (URCDP).

09Children

Our services are offered to businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you think a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

10Changes and contact

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page. For big changes, such as adding sign-in or a store, we will update the policy before the change goes live.
