01About these terms

These terms apply when you use lunevo.org or work with Lunevo ("we", "us"), a digital organization based in Uruguay. If a project has its own written agreement or scope, that document wins where the two differ. By using the site or accepting a quote, you agree to these terms.

02Using the site

• The site is here to show what we do. Charts, dashboards and the client portal shown on it are examples and simulations, not real client results.
• Sign-in and the client portal are not open yet.
• The designs, text, logos, animations and code on this site belong to Lunevo or are used with permission. Please don't copy them for your own use. The credits in the site footer list third-party material and its licences.
• Don't try to break, overload or misuse the site.

03Websites (Apex Studios)

• Scope first. Before we build, we agree in writing what the site will include.
• Preview, then price. We build a working preview. The final price comes with it. You can accept it or walk away. Nothing is owed if you walk away.
• The preview is not yours until you pay. Until payment, you may look at the preview but not publish, copy or reuse it or its design.
• Payment on acceptance. If you accept, payment is due before the site goes live or is handed over. After full payment, you may use the finished site for your business.
• Timing. Our 72-hour build time is a target, not a guarantee. It starts once the scope is agreed in writing. Larger projects take longer. Delays do not lead to refunds.
• Hosting and domains are only included if your written scope says so.

04Video editing (Lunevo Motion)

• What we do: cutting, transitions, captions, motion graphics, tracking and sound effects. We do not offer sound mixing or color grading.
• Preview first. You see your edit before you agree to pay. Previews may carry a watermark.
• Changes. Each edit includes reasonable changes to what was agreed. Completely new ideas count as a new edit.
• Monthly editing can be cancelled at any time. Cancelling stops the next month. Edits already delivered and paid for are not refunded.
• After payment you may use the finished video wherever you like for your business.
• No promised numbers. We cannot promise views, followers, sales or reach. Platforms decide what they show.

05Guides (Lunevo Press)

• The Lunevo Press store is not open yet. The purchase terms, including your refund rights, will be shown at checkout and added to this page before the first sale.
• Guides are general educational information. They are not legal, tax, financial or medical advice for your situation. Rules and figures are correct as of the date printed in each guide and can change.

06Your material

• Anything you send us (logos, texts, photos, footage, music) stays yours. You give us permission to use it only to do your project.
• You confirm you have the right to use it, including permission from people who appear in your footage. Don't send us anything illegal or anything you don't own.
• We may show finished work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.

07Prices and payment

Prices are given in writing for each project, in the currency stated on the quote. Payment is made through the method named on the quote. A project is confirmed only when you accept the quote in writing (a message is enough).

08Limits of responsibility

• We work carefully and check our work before you see it. Still, the site and our work are provided "as is", and we cannot promise they are free of every error.
• As far as the law allows, our total responsibility for any project is limited to the amount you paid us for it. We are not responsible for lost profits or indirect losses.
• Nothing in these terms removes rights you have as a consumer under the law of your country.

09Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Uruguay. If something goes wrong, talk to us first, and we will try to fix it. If we cannot agree, the courts of Uruguay decide, unless your consumer law gives you the right to go to court where you live.

10Changes and contact

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Changes do not apply to a project you already accepted, unless you agree.
